EXPLORATORY MEETING (15-30 minutes): Meet with an Intake Coordinator to ask general questions about our approach to services to determine if Shoreline is the right fit for your needs. If a client wishes it, the intake process can be started after their questions have been answered.
INTAKE CONSULTATION (15-30 minutes): Meet with an Intake Coordinator to initiate services with us, identify which provider is the right fit for your needs, and provide the information your service provider and our administration team will need to prepare for your first visit (e.g., diagnoses, assessment reports from other services, informed consent).
